Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ac4444 website at https://ac4444.vip, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service offered by ac4444, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ac4444 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

ac4444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ac4444 platform is restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ac4444 operates a strict minimum age policy. Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 18 register an account, deposit funds, or place wagers on this platform.
• You are acting as a private individual, in a personal capacity , and not on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from ac4444 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ac4444 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ac4444. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ac4444 will close all but the earliest-opened account. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including winnings derived from bonus funds, may be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac4444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ac4444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ac4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ac4444 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in the majority of cases. ac4444 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ac4444 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by the ac4444 finance team and are typically dispatched within a few hours for fully verified accounts during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ac4444 account from which the withdrawal is requested. ac4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.

Refund Policy

Deposits that have not been wagered may be refunded to the original payment method upon request, subject to KYC completion and a standard processing review. Deposits that have been partially or fully wagered are not eligible for refund. ac4444 does not refund funds that have been lost through normal gameplay where games functioned correctly.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ac4444 account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Until wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are held as restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that ac4444 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances, potential withdrawal of winnings derived from abused bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

ac4444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your ac4444 account.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players in any game mode (particularly poker or live games) to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information or deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with ac4444 games or place bets on your behalf without human intervention.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the ac4444 platform or any game within it. Players who discover such errors must report them to support immediately; exploiting them knowingly will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider in relation to deposits made to ac4444. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language toward ac4444 staff or other players via any communication channel connected to the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

ac4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is suspected, that the player no longer meets the eligibility criteria, or where required to do so by a relevant legal or regulatory obligation.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ac4444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If your account closure request is motivated by concerns about your gambling behaviour, we strongly encourage you to activate the self-exclusion tool available in your account dashboard before or in addition to requesting closure, as self-exclusion provides an additional layer of protection. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Accounts that are closed as a result of a breach of these Terms by the player may have their balances partially or fully forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach.

ac4444 retains the right to retain account data for a minimum period following closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ac4444 platform — including but not limited to the ac4444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and all other original creative works — is the intellectual property of ac4444 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac4444 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the ac4444 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Using the ac4444 brand name, logo, or any other trademarked material in any context not expressly authorised in writing by ac4444.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the platform using automated means.

All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability
